What is the Rumble Kong League?
Rumble Kong League (RKL) has been building since 2021, forging high-profile alliances with global powerhouses including Under Armour, Stance and Gatorade. The game soft launched in December 2024, and players have been facing off on the court for a chance to accumulate $FAME tokens. Reception has been positive, the community is hyped, and Ronin is almost open – it’s a perfect time to welcome them home.
Rumble Kong League has a lot going on, and there are many ways to engage with their ecosystem. Gamers can jump into a nostalgic yet futuristic mobile basketball experience, while collectors can snipe Kongs and get earn rewards by hitting the court. There are clubs, wearables, and even franchises within the Rumble Kong League, similar to the NBA.
Rumble Kong community members include NBA All-Stars Paul George & Steph Curry, renowned hip-hop artist Ja Rule, and even Ronin ambassador (first-class) Nix Eniego.

Step 5: Hit the court and start playing RKL!
In Rumble Kongs, you’ll control a team of 3 players with a mixture of special abilities, playstyles, consumables, strategy, and skill. Each 35-minute game features two halves, like a shortened version of IRL basketball. On offense, players can pass, shoot, and super dunk. On defense, players can steal, block, and even tackle!
Multiplayer gameplay will initially be asynchronous, and playable on both Android and iOS devices. Players will be able to challenge their friend's teams, battling out for greatness on the basketball court. Multiplayer gameplay will eventually be synchronous, including mini games and other multiplayer activities in their immersive Athlos city world.
Rumble Kong SZNs and the $FAME Token
RKL kicked off their soft launch campaign on December 19th – and they’re extending it until January 26th to welcome Ronin users, while DOUBLING rewards in their Sigma League! Climb the leaderboard during the extra 34 SZNs, for a chance to win BIG $FAME rewards. The $FAME token powers the RKL ecosystem, and $FAME rewards will be redeemable for onchain $FAME tokens after the planned launch later this quarter.

Rumble Kong NFT Collections
Rumble Kong League has a number of NFT collections available. Kongs and Rookies are NFTs representing players you can control on the hardwood. Sneakers are less essential to gameplay but provide some killer drip to go with your hooper. Here’s a quick overview:
Rumble Kong NFTs are the Genesis RKL collection of 10,000 All-Star players with distinct traits and in-game boost influenced by four different stats. These are more than the basketball players you’ll control on your teams of three: they are the GOATs of the RKL ecosystem. Get access to extra $FAME and unlock future Kong only tournaments, clubs play, and a whole host of other benefits both inside and outside of the game.
Rumble Kong Rookie NFTs are a collection of 10,000 players grinding to break into the big leagues. Rookie owners get access to special tournaments and rare customization options. In general, Rookies will have lower boost ratings and earning capacity compared to Kongs
RKL Sneaker NFTs are fresh kicks that can boost your Kongs’ style and performance. There are various collections including the Underarmour Steph Curry collection, the RKL Stance x Hypersocks collection, and the original RKL Sneakers collection.
