Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS2) is more than an iconic series of first-person shooter (FPS) games beloved by millions of players around the world. It’s also home to a billion-dollar in-game economy powered by tradeable items and cosmetics. Today, we’re bringing a slice of that pie to Ronin Market!
The CS2 Item NFT collection features weapon skins called stickers, loot boxes called chests, cosmetic player skins called agents. Collect CS2 NFTs on Ronin → Deposit to Steam → Use them in-game. This opens a new portal between our movement and one of the most popular FPS games in the world. Here’s how you can get some of these NFTs:

Once you win a CS2 Item NFT on Ronin, you’ll have three choices: Sell it back, hold it or trade, or redeem it to your Steam account. If you redeem it, you’ll be able to use the item in-game! However, it will no longer be available for trading as an NFT on Ronin. Here’s how the redemption process works:
Redeeming CS2 Item NFTs to your Steam Account with the Claim Portal
Crypto is going mainstream, and all kinds of communities are moving onchain in real-time. Pokémon card collectors. Tokenized stock traders. Even physical gold holders. Ronin is on a mission to spread economic freedom to gamers, and the Counter-Strike 2 NFT collection is an important step towards bringing traditional gaming collectibles to Web3.
That’s why we’re building the Ronin Claim Portal. Think of it as a one-stop-shop to move in-game assets between Web2 and Web3 rails. The Ronin Claim Portal will make it possible for YOU to deposit your CS2 NFTs into your Steam Account. Here’s how to use it:
Step 1: Go to the Ronin Claim Portal website
Step 2: Enter your unique Steam Trade URL
Step 3: Select the NFTs you want to redeem and create a redemption request
Step 4: Wait for the items to be sent to your Steam account (this may take 24-72 hours)
Note: Steam has a feature called Trade Protection. This allows buyers to request a reversal of a trade within seven days of making it. For example, a buyer might acquire a freehand Bowie knife on Monday, but change his mind on Thursday. Through Steam, he can get his money back and return the item to the seller at the same time. While trade reversals are rare, Ronin Market will send a new, equivalent item to anyone whose trades are reversed in this way.
