Ronin Arcade Season 2 is starting soon, and the Offseason is now LIVE. Play a very early alpha version of the Flappy Axie mini-game, and get ready for new gamified experiences on Ronin. Here’s what’s happening:

Introducing Flappy Axie

Flappy Axie is inspired by the classic game Flappy Bird. Tap to flap your axie’s wings, avoid the obstacles, and stack points. The further you fly, the higher your score!

Remember: This is an early alpha version. That means Leaderboards will be reset when Season 2 of the Arcade launches. We’re using the offseason to gather insights and improve the game’s mechanics. That means YOUR feedback can help us shape the final version. Let us know what you think in our feedback form here:

How to Play Flappy Axie

Step 1: Go to Ronin Arcade

Step 2: Claim your three free daily coins by clicking on the “Claim” box

Step 3: Click “Add” on the Flappy Axie machine to convert coins into energy

Pro-tip: 1 Coin = 3 Energy

Step 4: Press Play and start flapping!

Remember that each attempt will cost you 1 Energy. To help you train, we’re also giving every player 3 Free Coins every single day. That’s 9 Energy, or 9 full practice runs, daily. Use them wisely to get the most out of the offseason practice!

Why Play the Alpha?

Once Ronin Arcade Season 2 launches, the competition on the leaderboard will be fierce and the number of runs will be limited. The Alpha phase is your opportunity to sharpen your skills without pressure.

• Learn the Physics: Get a feel for the gravity and tap timing.

• Study the Hitboxes: Learn exactly how close you can get to the pipes without crashing.

• Build Muscle Memory: Make your reactions automatic so you’re ready to dominate on Day 1 of the official season.

The Season 2 Reset

As mentioned above, the offseason is a test environment. To ensure a fair start for everyone, all progress, scores, and items will be RESET when Ronin Arcade Season 2 officially begins. Your Alpha high score won’t carry over, but your skills will.

Our Vision

Flappy Axie is the first of many planned mini-games launching throughout the coming months. The depth of the experience will also expand, evolving to include social features like guild battles and 1v1 duels.

We see the Arcade as the central engagement hub for Ronin. It’s a place to draw in new players with easy-to-pick-up mini-games, and guide them to explore the wider ecosystem through quests. It’s also a stage for experienced Ronin gamers to prove their skills by climbing the leaderboard.

We’re taking a “launch fast and iterate” approach by releasing quick test versions to refine the game along the way. Expect rapid updates, fixes, and improvements as we build out the entire Arcade!
