Blockaid’s transaction simulator and dApp scanner are enterprise-grade security tools trusted by industry leaders like Coinbase, Ledger, and more. These features will help YOU stay safer on Ronin. The new event calendar will also make sure you never miss another mint. Here’s what’s happening:
What is the transaction simulator?
Blockaid’s transaction simulator analyzes individual transactions before you confirm them in your Ronin Wallet. This helps you avoid making risky transactions by:
Flagging a variety of attack scenarios
Identifying suspicious and malicious addresses
Stopping interactions with known threats and malicious contracts
This feature can even spot MEV bots, protecting you from potential sandwich attacks and wallet drainers. In the video above, the transaction simulator catches a malicious transaction before a user signs it.
Introducing the BlockAid dApp scanner
The Blockaid dApp scanner is a powerful tool that can identify malicious dApps as early as 5 minutes after they launch – and warn you before you interact with them. Here’s how it works:
Blockaid scans over 70M dApps every month, and tags contracts that look suspicious. If you start engaging with one of these contracts, you’ll get a warning in your Ronin Wallet. This can help you:
Uncover hidden threats
Identify malicious addresses
Protect against address poisoning
Update your Ronin Wallet to the latest version to start leveraging the dApp scanner.
Note: Blockaid’s dApp scanner can also block signatures from taking place with dApps that have been confirmed to be malicious. This protects Ronin Wallet users from a variety of threats. However, you can always interact with a smart contract directly on-chain whether it’s blocked or not.
