What is Moku’s Grand Arena Preseason?
Grand Arena is Moku’s gaming experience, and two new experiences are now available: Moki Manager and Moki Mayhem. This Preseason is a chance for Moki holders to prepare for Season 1 where a $1M prize pool will be up for grabs. Stats, training progress, and mXP will carry over between the preseason and regular season, which means top players have a chance to get a head-start on the competition.
Moki Manager is the command center where train your Moki NFTs, while Moki Mayhem is where your Mokis go to battle. Win battles → Level-up your Mokis → Earn mXP → Enter Season 1 with an advantage. Here’s how it all works:
What is Moki Manager?
This is where you train and level-up your Mokis. Remember: Moki Mayhem features auto-battles, so the only way to get an edge over other players is via training. Every Moki has five stats that influence performance in Moki Mayhem:
• Speed: Normal movement speed on ground and in the air
• Strength: Movement speed on ground and air while in Buff form
• Defense: Affects Wart riding speed and time it takes to transform into Buff Moki
• Dexterity: Movement speed on ground and air while carrying a Gacha Ball
• Fortitude: Affects respawn time and time to deposit Gacha Balls
Inside Moki Manager, you can select which stat to train, the training duration, and intensity of each session. Pro-tip: Snacks speed up the process. Your Mokis will also continue to auto-battle while training, making it possible to see whether the training is working. This can help you fine-tune your strategy over time.
What are Moki Classes?
Moki Classes grant stat bonuses and shape your Moki’s actions in battle. There are ten Classes divided in total: Five Specialist and five generalist. Here’s how they work:
Specialist Classes
Specialist Mokis excel in one primary stat and gain small bonuses in two others. They’re built to succeed in specific areas of play.
Strikers excel in Dexterity, with bonuses to Fortitude and Speed
Grinders excel in Fortitude, with bonuses to Strength and Dexterity
Bruisers excel in Strength, with bonuses to Defense and Fortitude
Defenders excel in Defense, with bonuses to Speed and Strength
Sprinters excel in Speed, with bonuses to Dexterity and Defense
Generalist Classes
Generalist Mokis have more balanced bonuses across four out of five stats. They’re perfect for players with flexible and adaptive playstyles.
Forwards have bonuses in all stats except Defense
Anchors have bonuses in all stats except Speed
Centers have bonuses in all stats except Dexterity
Flankers have bonuses in all stats except Fortitude
Supports have bonuses in all stats except Strength
Pro-tip: Change your Moki’s Class at any time using Gems. The right Class can make the difference between climbing the leaderboard or watching from the sidelines.
Introducing Moki Mayhem
Moki Mayhem is a competitive, team-based game mode where two teams of three Mokis face-off in fast-paced auto-battles. Matches are 100% randomized and take place nonstop throughout the day with three ways to win: Gacha, Combat, and Wart.
Winning via Gacha
This is the easiest way to win. The first team to bring 10 Gacha Balls to their base will secure a Moki Mayhem victory. Wondering how to get more Gacha Balls? They’ll appear randomly throughout the arena, and your Mokis will auto-collect them during the match. There are 28 Gacha Balls in total, and you’ll earn a point every time a Moki brings a Gacha Ball back to your base.
Winning by Combat
This is the most satisfying way to win. Defeat your enemies’ Mokis by transforming yours into Buff Mokis. Buff Mokis have higher strength and speed, enabling them to eliminate opponents and reduce their teams’ respawn count. Wondering how to buff-up your team? Mokis that carry a Gacha Ball to a Tori Gate will transform into a Buff Moki.
The lanterns beside each base at the top of the screen have a number. That number represents a team’s respawn count. If a team reaches zero, they lose!
Winning with Wart
This is the rarest and most dramatic way to win. Trigger a tug-of-war with a giant bald turtle called Wart and watch your Mokis mount it. Once Wart reaches a team’s cage, that team wins! However, there’s a catch: Wart can eat and knock-off non-Buff Mokis, while Buff Mokis cannot mount Wart. Think of Wart like the sandworm in Dune: He has no allegiance to any team, and you have to trust your Mokis have what it takes to ride him to victory.
Become a Champion → Earn Royalties in Season 1
Imagine earning rewards from your Moki while you sleep. That’s what happens when your Moki becomes a Champion!Only the Top 100 preseason Mokis will earn this unique benefit and:
Get their own cards in Season 1
Other players will be able to unpack those Mokis from Booster Boxes and card packs
Champion Moki holders will receive royalties every time a card pack is purchased or their Moki card is traded
Want to become a Champion? Level-up your Mokis, climb the leaderboard, and finish the preseason strong!
Note: One player can have multiple Mokis in the Top 100
