For newcomers to our ecosystem, managing a recovery phrase can be daunting. We've all heard stories of friends or relatives losing their seed phrases! Social Login eliminates this obstacle, allowing new users to create a wallet using their preferred email/social accounts, while maintaining security through non-custodial Threshold Key Management (tKey) Management. How to Get Started
Step 1: Download the Ronin wallet app

What is Threshold Key Management?
Ronin Wallet is using tKey Management to make wallet recovery easier without compromising security. This process splits a private key into three parts called key shares. Each key share is stored in a separate location and with their own recovery mechanism. The three shares are shown as Security Factors under the Recovery Kit setting in your wallet.
Sky Mavis Account share: This share is linked with your Sky Mavis account. The share is further split and distributed in a decentralized network.
Device share: This share is located in your device’s storage, encrypted with a device password, PIN code or biometric identification.
Recovery Password share: This share is secured with a password of your choice. Make sure to use a strong one!
You’ll need at least two out of the three key shares to access your Ronin wallet. This simplifies the process of recovering your key while eliminating the risk of a single point of failure in recovery phrase storage. If you want to restore your wallet on a new device, you’ll need to use your backup share.
View Axie Accessories
We’ve shipped a few extra updates to the Ronin wallet along with the Social Login feature. We’re excited to share that Axie Accessories are now displayed in the Collectibles tab! View all your Axie Collectibles from Mr. Ube to Land Plots in one place. Gaming is in Ronin’s DNA, and this is another key step in making infinite experiences easy, intuitive, and accessible from our wallet.
Minor UI Updates
We’ve updated the QR code display to reveal full Ronin addresses instead of abbreviated ones. This makes it easier to double-check that your address is correct before sharing its QR code. Plus, our updated UI makes the Wallet Connect QR code more visible and faster to find. Lastly, the wallet managing experience has been revamped to allow more seamless switching between different addresses in the same wallet.
