Coinbase is listing Wrapped RON!

Key Points
Wrapped RON (wRON) will become tradeable on April 30th on or after 9am PT / 12am PHT in supported regions. Look for the wRON-USD trading pair! Follow the guide below to swap, bridge, and hold wRON to your Coinbase account. No action required for most users or RON holders unless you already hold RONIN | RON on Coinbase.
Remember: wRON is a new ERC-20 token on Ethereum. 1 wRON = 1RON. Ronin’s Homecoming is less than two weeks away, and this new token listing makes it easier for Ethereum users to join our movement before the big day.
Coinbase will no longer support RONIN | RON once wRON is live. If you hold your RONIN from Coinbase to a self-custodial wallet before this date to maintain access to your assets.
Ronin is almost home. In preparation for the May 12th migration, Coinbase is transitioning support of RONIN | RON on Ronin to wRON on Ethereum. That means two things: Coinbase users will be able to acquire wRON after the migration, and YOU need to withdraw any RONIN | RON you have on Coinbase now.

• May 12th: RONIN | RONIN on Ronin is sunset on Coinbase
What you need to do
There’s no action required for most users or RON holders. However, if you have RONIN | RON on Coinbase, withdraw it to your Ronin Wallet now. If you’d also like to acquire wRON on Ethereum in preparation for the migration, there will be a few ways to do after April 30th @ 9am PT. Here’s how:
Swap RON on Ronin → wRON on Ethereum
Step 1: Open your Ronin Wallet and click “Swap”
Step 2: Select RON as the “from” asset and wRON as the “to” asset
Step 3: Complete your swap
Bridge your fresh wRON to Ethereum
Step 1: Go to the Chainlink CCIP bridge
Step 2: Connect your preferred wallet
Step 3: Transfer your wRON from Ronin network to the Ethereum network
Note: Coinbase only accepts wRON via Ethereum.
Deposit your wRON to Coinbase
Step 1: Log-in to your Coinbase account
Step 2: Paste your Coinbase account’s Ethereum address
Step 3: Send your wRON to that address
Note: There is only one wRON smart contract address: 0x09B6a9E1DD102bD95B3DD5025bCa3540eBf77982. Always double-check the wRON contract you’re using to avoid impersonation scams!
