Introducing bRON
In March, Ronin Vanguard and Jihoz shared plans for a new apptoken called bRON. This is more than a new token: It makes it easier to onboard new users to Ronin while also keeping tokens flowing within our ecosystem. Think of it like this:
• RON: Ronin’s native token → Powers the entire ecosystem and required for gas
• wRON: Wrapped RON → Makes it possible to use RON in more ways
• bRON (new): Bonded RON → Makes it easier to keep RON within our ecosystem
Our allies at Moku are pioneering bRON by integrating the token into Grand Arena. Grand Arena S1 is the only place users can get and use bRON for now. For example, players who bridge fresh funds onto Ronin or have achieved the in-game milestones listed below will receive an amount of bRON to spend in GA.
How to get bRON
There are six ways to get bRON today. Receiving an airdrop from Moku, topping-up in Grand Arena, opening Card Packs, winning a Daily Jackpot, purchasing Snack Boosts, and winning bRON via sponsored prize pools. Let’s walk through some of them here:
Receiving a Grand Arena Airdrop
If you meet any of the criteria below, check your wallets today! Moku will send out a small airdrop to players in the following groups:
• Top 100 players by mXP
• Top 250 players by Contest Entry Volume
• All Mokis with at least 50 Training XP each
• Anyone who purchased Snack Boosts since S1 started
Bridging Funds to Ronin → Get a Top-Up Bonus
Every week, Moku will give players bRON based on how many Gems they top-up from eligible chains. Bonuses are calculated in tiers, and it looks like this:
• Get a 10% bonus in bRON for total purchases under $100
• Get a 15% bonus in bRON for total top-ups under $1,000
• Get a 20% bonus in bRON for total top-ups over $1,000
For example, If you top-up $50 and then top-up $60, you’ll qualify for 10% on the first $100 and 15% on the additional $10. If you top up $500 again, you’d get the 15% tier since you’ve qualified for it already. Note that any future withdrawal of in-game USDC from Grand Arena will disqualify your account from this bonus, and top-up rewards will exist while supplies last.

Step 1: Go to fantasy.grandarena.gg and connect your wallet
Step 2: Switch to Ethereum, Base, or Abstract networks
Step 3: Sign-in to Grand Arena with your wallet
Step 4: Click the pink Gems icon on the top-right
Step 5: Select your preferred chain and choose USDC or ETH
Step 6: Select the amount of Gems you want and approve the transaction in your wallet

bAXS
• Backed 1:1 with AXS
• Only spendable in the Axie Infinity ecosystem
• Swappable for AXS according to your exchange rate

bRON

• Not swappable for RON
